Review:
The synopsis sums this book up very well. Mia is faced with feeling left out because she is shorter than the other students. The book then talks about differences, it would be a good teaching tool for younger audiences.
I received this book for review along with others in the Mia series, and this was the first I read. It was cute and I think will be a good read-together book for families with younger kids. The illustration is bright and cheerful and the end includes uncolored pages to be used for coloring. There are also little hidden hearts throughout. I think these bonuses add extra value to the book - it can be a teaching tool but also has some fun things for kids to be interactive with.
